Services Provided

Stay Clear provides window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and related services for residential and commercial clients.

Service Bookings

All bookings must be confirmed by Stay Clear.
You are required to provide accurate details when requesting a service, including the correct address and service requirements.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring a charge.
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Liability and Warranty

While we take great care in performing our services, Stay Clear is not liable for any damage caused by factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather conditions, pre-existing damage, etc.).
We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains or marks, especially in cases where the surface is heavily soiled or damaged.

Payment

Payments for services are due upon completion unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, Cash or Bank Transfer if agreed with Stay Clear.

Changes to Terms

Stay Clear reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If a resolution is not possible, we will follow legal procedures as required by Australian law.
