These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Stay Clear website and professional services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Stay Clear provides professional window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and memorial restoration services. All bookings are subject to confirmation. Clients must provide accurate service requirements and address details at the time of the request.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We value your time and our schedule. You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the appointment without charge. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the service may incur a cancellation fee.
Liability & Warranty
We pride ourselves on absolute care. However, Stay Clear is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., degraded seals, cracked glass) or severe weather events. While we use professional techniques, we do not guarantee the complete removal of permanent stains or marks on heavily soiled or damaged surfaces.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, or bank transfers as agreed with Stay Clear.
